These candles are made with soybean oil, essential oils, and vegetable pigment. They contain no paraffin and no additives. The wick is 100% cotton. Candles burn at approximately 100 degrees ( less than 2 degrees above body temperature). Because of the low burn temperature, you can put your finger in the oil and use it as
hand/body lotion. The vitamin E and lecithin oil extracted from the soybean are extremely beneficial for all skin ailments- everything from cracked cuticles to poison ivy !
